Notes:
The boys took the play to Richmond right away, with a quick goal from Brad at 6:53 of the first period, assisted by Jared. Richmond answered less than a minute later to tie the game, but Mark got a goal at 2:54 of the first, assisted by Brett, to take a 2-1 lead into the second period. There was no scoring in the second, despite good chances by both teams. Mark scored again at 13:32 of the third period, assisted by Ryan, to put the team up 3-1. Again, Richmond answered with a goal less than a minute later. Troy scored again at 10:16, assisted by Tristan and Brett, to put us up 4-2, then Ryan scored late in the period, assisted by Brad and Kyle, to finish them off. Taylor had a great game in the net, making the key stops when he had to. |
