Game Notes: In the first game of the Western Conference Finals, the Suns exploited the Mavs' terrible "transition defense", as Mavericks' coach Avery Johnson pointed out very clearly after a loss in Game 1. The Suns were on the verge of defeat, when Boris Diaw scored a game-winning 2. The Suns outscored the Mavs in the 1st and 4th quarters, and that was the difference. Hopefully, the Suns will take advantage of Dallas' terrible defense in Game 2.
