| Game Notes: Mexico, playing 2 days in a row at 8:30am, brought out their best game of the season with a 7-1 route of Brazil. Mexico broke out early and often in the 1st half in a great all around effort. The pieces came together perfectly! Goals scored by Christian Orsini assisted by Patrick Melillo, Peter Kane had 2 unassisted goals and 1 goal assisted by Adam Brodkin for the "Hat Trick." Brandon Stone scored his first on an assist from Michael Danenberg who leads the team in assists. Michael also scored a goal on another assist by Patrick Melillo. The defense was strong also with great saves by goalies Brett Neumann and Brandon Stone. Although everyone on the team was an MVP, the Offensive MVP is Ethan Dunne and Defensive MVP goes to Jamie Levinson. Great all around effort by our boys!!!! | |||||
