| This Fall JLC will be hosting two different lacrosse academies. One is for Field Lacrosse and one is for Box Lacrosse. If you are not familiar with box lacrosse, it is the same style played in the NLL and NALL, the later of which is the league Jacksonville's new team is franchised through. |

This year MHS will start building a team set of Cascade Pro 7 helmets. These will be identical to the helmets some players purchased last year EXCEPT that they will have an orange chin strap. Players who purchased helmets last year and would like an orange chin strap can order them online for $9. |
