The Benbrook Stars will open practices on Tuesday August 14 the 3 days will include conditioning,Evaluation of players, and Install (football terminolgy for system install).

The opening of team camp will feature a 10 minute conversation about conditioning,foods,and training for young players in sports guest speaker police detective Roderic Boatman of Bojibody will speak to our kids about proper habits that can help them on the field and in the class room.

This will set the tone for the work that will be expected in the class room and on the field,we will have a lot of fun while putting in the hard work needed to be successful,we will talk about how the hard work put in when no one see's it leads to the success they come to know when they do see you.

The players will also get their first lesson on how math and the game of football relate understanding how the correct angle leads to success in todays game.
