The 2013 season will find a full scholarship football program for 22 players ,the Stars will not have a sign up fee associated with the program players will be recruited parents will have the cost of shoes and other small items the players will need but no sign up cost after player receives an invitation to be a member of the football program.

Players age 10-12 will be scouted for scholarship offer to play on the team,expectations for those players will be academic requirement related this move completes the program in it's difference as to rec.or pee wee association leagues or teams.

The goal again is preparation for middle school football and class work,also at least one possibly two players could receive a scholarship to further their educational opportunity after leaving the Stars program.
