7 White

The 7th grade White team traveled to Kettle Moraine Saturday to kick off their 2009 season. The Bulldogs beat Kettle Moraine 6-0. The rushing attack was led by Tyler Davis who carried 12 times for 100 yards. Davis scored on a 51 yard touchdown. Sam Mattieson, Joe Corrao, and Ben Burke contributed to a ground attack that racked up 139 yards rushing. The Bulldog defense was lead by Tyler Davis who had 9 tackles and 4 sacks. Joe Corrao added 7 tackles and Alex Steinmetz, Colin Eberhardy, Colin Mergenthaler each had several tackles. The Bulldog defense was stingy and made a goal line stance late in the 2nd quarter before half time. Great victory Bulldogs, you played with pride, passion, and great sportsmanship.

7 Blue

The 7th Grade Blue Team kicked off the season with a wild game against Waukesha West Grey.  Despite 295 yards of total offense and a great effort, the Bulldogs fell 34-27.  Alex Schultz scored three rushing touchdowns and caught a touchdown pass from Michael Barnes.  Blocking well up front were Andrew Poenitsch, Patrick Jene, Kyle Purfuerst, Clay Klatt and Derek Maxwell. Playing well on defense were Jordon Pinter with three solo tackles and Ben Kinowski with four solo tackles and an interception.  Barnes also had an interception

8 White

The 8th grade Bulldog White football team began their 2009 season with an away game at Kettle Moraine Saturday.  Although they had their chances, the Bulldogs came up short with a final score of 14-6.  The rushing attack was led by Andy Dauer who carried 11 times for 78 yards.  Dauer’s longest run was 40 yards and he also scored the only Bulldog touchdown.  Drew Patterson and Somsanuke Senymanola contributed to the ground attack with 33 additional yards.  The Bulldog defense was led by Drew Patterson, Sean Coady, and Garrett Minor who combined to provide 16.5 tackles.  Even with a costly turnover, which led to a Kettle Moraine touchdown, this Bulldog team had their chances to win the game. 

8 Blue

The 8^th grade Blue team defeated Waukesha West 30-6 to open the 2009 season. The offense ran wild with 248 yards of total offense.  The Bulldog offense was led by John Phillips with 90 yards on 9 carries including a 55 yd touchdown run.  Ryan Warzon also contributed with two touchdowns. Brett Buehler capped off the scoring with a 50 yard touchdown run.  On the defensive side Tyler Surma led the victors in tackles with 6. Brian Dennis and Sebastian Giovannini also had solid performances on defense.
