7 White

The Templeton 7th Grade White Bulldogs opened thier season with a tremendous team effort defeating Waukesha West 13-6. Jordan Smith gave the Bulldogs their first points of the day by picking off the West Quarterback and taking it to the house for six. Nick Trawicki knocked down a key pass to help the Bulldogs keep the lead. Caleb Balsiger and Jordan Neumann each registered a QB sack.


Offensively nine Bulldogs carried the ball rushing a total of 136 yards. A pass from Smith to Bradley Purko was the game winning touchdown. Joey Bolda also connected with Bradley Purko. Gage Minor caught a ball from Jordan Smith.


7 Blue

The visiting 7th grade Blue Templeton Bulldogs began their season on Saturday with a win over the Watertown White football team 19-0.


The Bulldogs scored their first touchdown just before halftime with a 8 yard pitch from quarterback Dylan Gissal to Dylan Klemstein.  In the third quarter of the hard hitting game, the Bulldogs scored on a 3 yard run from David Lex. The Bulldogs capped off the scoring in the 4th quarter with a 45 yard run from Quarterback Ryan Hubbell. The leading rusher for the Bulldogs was Ryan Hubbell who tallied 58 yards on 3 carries while Dylan Klemstein caught 2 passes for 28 yards. On defense, the Bulldogs were led by Owen Gorges, Ezra Heinritz and Ryan Hubbel who each had 4 tackles, while Matt Kolesari forced a fumble that was recovered by Patrick Andrews. Watertown’s final drive was ended by an interception by Luke Walters. A great Team win for the Bullogs.


8 Blue

The Bulldogs overcame a first half deficit to prevail 31-20 over the Watertown “White” Goslings. The TMS offense was led by fullback Sam Herriges. Herriges had 80 yards of rushing and was credited for three touchdowns. Quarterback Ty Bottsford connected with running back Travis Janus for a 40 yard touchdown pass. Quarterback Connor Engel sealed the Goslings fate with a 14 yard touchdown late in the fourth quarter.

 

The Bulldog “D” held up strong after a shaky first half. Watertown’s air attack was denied in the second half. Engel led the defense with seven tackles from his linebacker position. Defensive lineman Troy Gardipee contributed with four tackles of his own. Adam Paluchniak chipped in with three tackle from from the secondary. Drake Schrienhart had an interception for the Bulldogs. The Bulldogs will take on the Blackshirts of Waukesha South at Hartel field in two weeks.







8 White

The Bulldogs beat the Waukesha West gray 19-14.  Lucas Semb scored the first touchdown on a 4 yard run.  Adam Kaschel scored the second touchdown on a 14 yard run and Drew Kessen scored the go ahead touchdown on a 19 yard run.  Michael Bruch ended a West drive with a 4th down pass deflection with :47 seconds to play in the game.  The Bulldogs leading rushers were Collin Giovannini (10-64) and E.J. LeDonne (8-43).  The defense leading tacklers were Adam Kaschel, Aaron Goecks and Ben Sciortino.
