Wrestlers competing with the dual and tournament team
in Kearney, Nebraska are responsible for $300 toward their trip.
Please make payment by Nov. 27th
Wrestlers competing in Kansas City at the Stampede are responsible for $360 toward their trip.

Our first fundraiser of the year will be on 21 Oct. 2023 @ Spring Klein Wrestling Club. We will need donations of time as well as concessions (water, powerade, soda, candy, individual size chips, and other items). Donation drop off is Friday, 10/20 6-7:30. Donuts and kolaches are needed at 7:30am Saturday morning. Volunteers will be needed for duties such as tables, awards, & concessions. Congratulations to our Bearkats who placed second as a team at the Region 8-6A tournament at Bryan HS. The mens team qualified 6 wrestlers for the regional tournament and had 4 champions. The ladies qualified 2 with one champ. Roberto Bautista was named outstanding wrestler of the tournament and Eli Sheeren became the first 4 time district champion in KHS history! Good luck at regionals!

Our state qualifying Bearkats represented Klein HS well!! TC McGuire, Roberto Bautista, Nicholas Bayliss, Eli Sheeren and Xavier Diaz racked up 73 points and placed sixth as a team with 4 individual placers!

Congratulations to the Varsity Boys team on a dual win Wed. night against Klein Oak, 60-24, and then placing second at The Warrior Invite in Arlington the following weekend! Roberto Bautista, Eli Sheeren and Xavier Diaz all placed first in their brackets while Andrew Clayton placed second, Jaidyn Criswell placed third and Nathan Mester placed fifth! Great job gentlemen!!
The 2019-2020 wrestling season started last week with a bang!! The boys Varsity team walked away with 2 dual wins on Wednesday night versus CyRanch and CyCreek. Saturday at the 2019 Knights Invitational in League City, Klein had 5 Varsity Champions and 14 total placers between both boys and girls. The boys Varsity team placed first in the tournament scoring 277.5 points, winning by a margin of 112.5 points over Seven Lakes who took second place! JV landed 3 First place showings, 8 placers overall and grabbed second as a team. Congratulations to all our wrestlers on a great season opening week!

Thanks to everyone for a wonderful 2019 Senior night! Our Varsity boys prevailed 45-27 over Cypress Ridge bringing their overall dual record to 25 - 2.
We had an amazing finish at the Tiger Classic! The Varsity Boys placed third as a team and Klein had 6 Champions overall!

24-1 Varsity Boys season record
Congrats to our Varsity Boys who placed second at the Houston Duals and improved their dual record to 22-1, only falling to Katy HS!
The team wrestled hard at Cy Woods on Thursday coming away with 2 wins for the boys and 2 losses for the girls (11-5). Up next this weekend is Houston Duals where our Varsity Boys team is the #1 seed with a dual record of 18-0!
The Dec. 6th tri meet improved our season record to 16-0 for Varsity Boys and 11-3 for Varsity Girls!! Keep up the hard work!
