I took the liberty of setting up this free site.  Pursuant to our conversation at the meeting, this site can be used for parent-to-parent and staff-to-parent communication.  It is easy to set up and edit.  I have set up pages for each team (see left margin) and more can be added.

The buttons on the left can be changed and each team (varsity, jv and soph) can have a page for communication/billboard purposes.

This is a free site, for $50 per year you can upgrade the site to add a number of options...one of which is removing the ads from the site.  You can even sell ads to the site with the upgrade.   If the site is upgraded, you can create Rosters and Schedules for each team (Varsity, JV, and Soph).  As a free site there's only one schedule or roster available.  With the upgrade you can upload documents the parents can download/print.  If you choose to use this site I would recommend the  upgrade. (Another option is to use this as the Varsity site and set up individual sites for the JV and Soph teams to use...though that might defeat the "one source" concept)

To edit you click on "Admin" in the left margin (the username is usually already filled in and I'll send you the password).  You can change the color scheme and other parts of the site to your liking.  I can help you learn.

You can run this by Coach Willis and Coach Allen (he being the Campus Athletic Director) and the Booster Club for their approval if you feel that is needed.  This isn't to supplant the Booster Club site, but merely used to enhance communication among the program constituents.
