Zone 4's champion - Eugene Challengers - Automatic Berth in the 8 team State Tournament
Willamette Valley Titans hosts the Kizer Crushers
Roseburg Doc Stewarts go to the Portland Barbers
Medford Mustangs go to the Corvallis Marketmen
Grants Pass Nuggets are eliminated from post season play
Klamath Falls is an automatic qualifier because they are hosting the state tournament and is not involved in the final standings.
The only other Super Regionals is between Lakeridge PABCO and the Withenll Dodgers
