Nelson out at least six weeks
Cottage Grove first baseman Jake Nelson will be out six to seven weeks with a dislocated elbow, Blakley said.  Nelson suffered the injury in a June 23 game against Monona after a collision with a base runner.  During the game, Nelson was transported to a local hospital by McFarland paramedics.  Nelson was hitting .227 and had three hits in Cottage Grove’s 20-0 season opening win against Marshall on May 6.
