Monona over Portage on the road, 10-9

The Monona Braves hung on to beat host Portage, 10-9 on Sunday.  The Braves are now 9-5 in the Eastern Section and still sit in 4th place.

Next weekend brings two games for the Braves, with Columbus coming to Monona on Friday night, 7/21 for a 7:30pm start and Poynette visiting on Sunday, 7/23 for a 1:00pm start.  Both are must win games in order to keep pace within the sectional playoff hunt.
