Braves sweep the holiday weekend

Monona won two over the holiday weekend, beating Montello Sunday on the road in 7 innings, 16-4 and walking-off Portage at home on Memorial Day, 5-4.

The Braves are now 3-1 in Eastern Section play and host Rio next Sunday, 6/3 for a NOON start time. 

Thursday night, the Monona/McFarland co-op night league squad begins offical action and hosts Middleton for a 7:30pm start.

Both games will be played at Murphy-Anthony Field, Ahuska Park, Monona.  Come on out and support your local Monona Home Talent Braves.
