Braves beat Rio, 9-2

Monona took down visiting Rio at Ahuska Park on Sunday, 9-2.  The Braves scored early and held the lead to win their fourth consecutive Eastern Section game to move to 4-1 in the standings.

Next weekend proves to be another big one for the Braves, as they travel to Sun Prairie on Saturday 6/9 for a 1pm start and host Cottage Grove on Sunday 6/10 for a 12pm start.

On Thursday, the Monona/McFarland co-op night league team travels down to Evansville for a 7:30pm start.
