RMS Cheer

CHEERLEADERS DON'T SAY CAN'T. WE JUST DO IT 'CAUSE WE CAN!!!

The RMS Cheer team is a year round sport. We cheer at all home football, volleyball and basketball games. We also perform and help with all pep rallies. We do a lot of community service and are asked to help throughout the community for different events all year long.

Community service is a big thing to us, we feel our students need to learn how to work for what they want. 

We do the Christmas Light parade which is alot of fun to show the community how hard these kids work each and everyday.

These girls don't just learn the traditional cheer but they also get to learn all different styles of dance and get to perform them along the way.

We have our big pep rally that we do in the winter that we ask the boys to join. Last year was our first time to have boys and we had a blast it was a step routine with a lot of acting it was hard work but man did they have a great time and did amazing. This year we plan on it being bigger and better. 

Cheer is not just about wearing a skirt and a bow, its about becoming a better person. We try very hard to instill confidence, self worth and also knowing that you have the ability to do anything and everything you put your mind to. Being able to work with others, communication and self discipline.
