Game Notes: In a game that was probably the best offensive showing for the Reds this season turned into the most disappointing game for the Reds so far. Gibbon took a nine to three lead into the eighth inning but couldn’t hold on. Stark plated seven in the final two innings to walk off with the victory. Sam Van Hon took the loss on the mound for the Reds. Gibbon had thirteen hits in the game to go along with five stolen bases. The Reds mixed small ball with timely hitting to get out to a large lead but the Longhorns saved their bats until late. Seven hits and three walks over the final two innings was enough to put Stark over the top. Cody Berger, Sam Van Hon, Jason Berger, Kyle Mauer, and Spencer Kruggel each had multi-hit games.
