The Ridge Meadows Midget AAA Royals baseball club will be offering a Fall Ball program in 2015.  This program is intended for all players that will be of Bantam or Midget age for the 2016 season (born in 1998 - 2002).  Practices will start during the first week of September, and run until the weather turns (sometime around mid-October).  The program will include practices with instruction from both our Midget and Bantam coaching staffs, as well as several guest coaches.  Both the Bantam and Midget teams will also play numerous games during the Fall Ball season (approximately 10-15 per team).  The cost for the program will be $150 for Midget and $120 for Bantam.  

Any players who wish to play Midget AAA or Bantam AAA in 2016 are strongly recommended to participate in Fall Ball.   Anyone interested is asked to send an email to rmroyals@hotmail.com.  Please include your name, year of birth, positions, and previous team.

Fall Ball 2014

The Ridge Meadows Midget AAA Royals baseball club will be offering a Fall Ball program in 2014.  It will take place over a 6-week period beginning the first week of September and running through to Thanksgiving.  The program will include practices with instruction from several coaches as well as a number of games.  This program is recommended for anyone interested in playing for the Royals in 2015 or those who are looking to extend their baseball season and improve their skills.  Anyone interested is asked to send an email to rmroyals@hotmail.com.  Please see the 'Calender Tab' for practice and game schedules.

1st Annual Ridge Meadows Midget Fall Classic:

Team Blue wins the inaugural Ridge Meadows Midget Fall Ball Classic 4 games to 3.

After a 2 week delay between games 6 and 7 due to inclement weather, the inaugural Ridge Meadows Midget Fall Ball Classic came to an end Wednesday night with one of the most exciting games of the series. In a game lacking pitching and defence, Mack Whitford's 'Team Blue' defeated his brother Patrick's 'Team Gold' by a final score of 12-11. The game saw constant lead changes, and was indicative of the close series, one which saw the teams battle each and every game. Thanks to all the players who came out this year, and your efforts show that we will no doubt have little trouble compiling a strong team for next year's squad. A special thanks to this years Fall Ball coaches; Mackenzie Whitford, Coltan Augustson, Patrick Whitford, and Rick Reining. And finally, thank you to our umpiring crew consisting of Dan Herbranson, Bert Brouwer, and Ian Herbranson.
