Paul Gabriel led the Mounties past the Pelicans of Pelham in the Mounties season opener Friday night. Gabriel stopped 25 of 25 for his first career win. Jake Jaeger scored the game winning goal late in the first period and John Hill sealed the victory with an empty netter 14:57 into the 3rd period. In the Alumni game the classes before 2000 defeated the classes after 2000 9-7. |
