A Sweep Weekend

The Mounties had a great weekend as we swept both Abbottsford and Kamloops to reclaim 3rd place in the standings with a record of 24-13.
Game 2 on Saturday with Abby went 11 innings!! Freddie provided the walk off heroics. On 1-2 count he barreled one up into the gap in left centre to score Owen who came all the way around from 1B.
The bats were on fire: Tienlan, Brady and Lewis (5 hits each) and Owen, Levi, and Jonny (4 hits each).
Superb pitching from our starters: Gabe, Tienlan, Brendan and Owen and the bullpen was reliable in closing things down.
Next up: we host Ridge Meadows at Hillcrest on Wednesday, July 10th with a 6pm start time.
