Rickie Bailey/Founder

The Georgia Eagles was founded by Ulrica Ann Bailey, she was born July 07, 1976, in Philadelphia, PA. She went to University High School in Irvine, California, she also attended Hampton University Hampton, VA, and graduated in 2000 from the University of Maryland Waldorf, MD, Major History, Minor: Accounting,

She continued her education with Concord Law School Leos Angeles, CA and received her JD in International Business Law. She has been involved in sports for many years both basketball and football. She has help Willie Cager with the development of the Willie Cager Foundation in El Paso, Texas. She has help the University of Texas, El Paso with Coach David Anwar, Coach A. C. Green, Coach Malin Terry develop the packages and film for reciting players. She was assistant coach for various youth football leagues in both El Paso, TX and Newport News, VA. She worked overseas with Germany's American football teams Frankfurt Galaxy under the World league of America Football. She helped in various areas with the Virginia Crusaders Semi Pro Football team under the Mason Dixon Football League.

She is a single mother of three boys Eric 16, Malik 14, and Sedric 13. She enjoy traveling and has been to over 14 countries and 36 U. S States. She speak three other languages: Spanish, French, and German. She loves football, basketball, wine, and help the youth of today for tomorrow. She is currently employed with H & R Block and loves to represent clients and help her team of associates.

Vincent Fortner-Bey/Head Coach

 

Vincent Fortner-Bey has been involved in and with sports since childhood. He was a highly recruited athlete while attending Northwestern High School in Detroit , MI. He played baseball, ran track and football as a defensive back (DB). Although he missed an opportunity to play with University of Michigan he didn’t give up. Vincent was a walk on with The Detroit Lions (NFL) training camp for three weeks. From there he was invited, made the team and won a national championship with The Detroit Seminoles (05-06 season) a semi-pro team. He has been coaching for the past 25 years defense being his specialty. Vincent has coached little league football and held camps right here in GA. He has also coached with several semi-pro teams here in Georgia , he has the head job,with the Georgia Eagles semi-pro football Team and here he hopes to help build a winning football program.Coach Vince moto is to help young men achieve there goals in life and to be a Productive members in society.

Shaun Smoot/Offensive Coordinator

 

Shaun Smoot enters his first seasons as Offensive Coordinator of the Georgia Eagles after spending previous years as an Assistant Offensive Coordinate with semi-pro football team Atlanta Hurricanes as well as Running Backs Coach with Avondale High School.
