2013 AUCTIONS ITEMS

(AS OF APRIL 21^ST/2013 – AUCTION WILL BE CLOSED)

PLEASE NOTE THAT UPON COMPLETION OF THE AUCTION TAX RECEIPTS WILL BE MAILED OUT WITHIN 20 BUSINESS DAYS UPON REQUEST.

Instructions:

1. Please e-mail your bid to mark.randall@ecsd.net with the item number, a brief description and bid price.
2. The auction list will be updated daily on www.fxbaseball.com under the “auction” tab.
3. A Live Auction Event is planned in Edmonton on Saturday, April 20/2013 where the public will have a chance to bid on items – “Big League Apparel” Customer Appreciation Day (10023-168 Street, Edmonton, Alberta).
4. If you win a bid upon completion of the Auction you will be contacted via e-mail and payments arrangements will be made. All forms of payment will be accepted including (Credit Cards, Cash, Debit and Cheques made out to “St. Francis Xavier High School”.
5. Auction Items will be considered closed on the day of the Live Event.
