Game Notes: Rookie League Championship game.... The Bandits fell a little short this year by getting triped up by the Niwot Cougars in a hard fought game. Bandits hard hit balls were finding Niwots fielders quite regularly while the Cougars managed 7 straight hits in the 6th inning for a 6 run 6th. The Bandits should not hang their heads though I know for a fact that Kyle and Eric have not opened the boxes that hold their 2nd place trophies.
