The Suns hang on against Menomonee Falls Varsity, 3-1 Menomonee Falls Varsity wasn't able to overcome the big hole it dug itself into against the Suns, and Menomonee Falls Varsity lost 3-1 to Suns after falling behind by three runs in the fourth inning. Menomonee Falls scored one run in the fifth on an RBI single by Ty Weber. Fortunately, Menomonee Falls wasn't able to take the lead. Zach Biermann reached base two times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He homered in the first inning. East relied on Jonah Maas to eat up innings en route to the win. Jonah allowed no earned runs, three hits and two walks while striking out five over seven innings of work. Tommy Wolf took the loss for Menomonee Falls. He lasted just two innings, walked none, struck out three, and allowed two runs. East never surrendered the lead after the first inning, scoring two runs on an RBI double by Nick Rosenthal and a solo home run by Zach.
