Game Notes: The Plato/GI rivalry has lost its flare over the past couple years but still a good ball game to watch. The Bluejays playing their 3rd game in 3 days rested 2 groins and a quad. Whitey Sanken got his 2nd start on the mound and held his own. He pitched himself into and out of trouble. His 10 walks made his pitch count climb, and after Mo hit a solo go ahead HR, he would be hung with the loss. Ben Slater and Boothy both had key 2 out rbi singles. Johnson added a 2 rbi double. The Bluejays just couldn't get that tieing run across in the final 3 inns. Hats off to Copie who caught his 3rd game in 3 days!! Now it's rest and heal Monday for Tuesday its a big section game at Maple lake!!
