| Game Notes: After a long day of ball the Wildcats finally got the best of the Lancers in the 12th inning of the second game. After loading up the bases, Steph Dougherty stole home on a wild pitch in the bottom of the inning to win the game. Both were hard fought battles, but Nicole Newman was too tough for the Verona to handle who only recorded a few hits against her. | ||||||||||
