Game Notes: Kelley, Granat (6) & Brodeur (6) Eastview lost the opener of the Rochester Tournament to LaCrosse by a score of 6-0. It was a 0-0 game after five until LaCrosse loaded the bases with nobody out. They ended up scoring six on only two runs because of three walks & two errors in the inning, resulting in four unearned runs to come across. Brady Kelley (2 ER, 7 K) only gave up two hits but walked three guys in the sixth inning. Granat & Brodeur came on in relief and shut the door as they gave up a bloop hit, groundout, and two flyballs. The only guys getting hits on the night for the offense were Voss (2 1B), Groskreutz (1B) & Granat (1B, SB). Eastview plays Red Wing tomorrow morning in pool play at 1030am. Tyler Brodeur (1-3, 4.20) will take the mound. Red Wing also lost their first pool play game vs Owatonna by a score of 20-3. Kelley (L, 1-3)
