Game Notes: The Thunder (5-0, 1-0) opened its division road slate with a 3-1 win at Lakeville North. Starter Robbie Sikich (2-0) pitched six strong innings, yielding just a single run on seven hits. He struck out six and walked just two. Michael Barry tossed a hitless seventh, striking out two, for his first save at the SBR level. Matt Lilledahl drove in all three runs for the club, including a clutch two-run double in sixth which gave the club the lead and ultimately led to the win. Brian Rush, Peter Zukanoff, Lucas Haug, and Matt DeCovich (2RS) each added hits for Eastview. The club returns to action Thursday night for its home opener vs. South division newcomer Rosemount. Righthander Joey Voss (1-0) is expected to toe the slab for the Thunder.
