Game Notes: Another good game in all areas for the Cubs as they beat the Abbotsford Cardinals in game two of Sunday's doubleheader. Jordan Valgardson held the Cards to five hits in six innings for the win, and Brandon Kaufman got the save with a scoreless seventh inning. At the plate, Bryce Whitehouse had his first PBL home run along with a single, Cam Kryzanowski doubled and singled, and Ryan McCredie had a pair of singles to lead the Cubs' offense. |
