Game Notes: Braves lose their home opener 10-6 to visiting Myrtle Beach Seahawks. A shaky defense that committed seven errors leading to four unearned runs was the difference in the contest. In spite of this, the JV's battled to the end, closing the gap with three runs in the sixth, and loading the bases with the tying run at the plate in the seventh inning before the game ended. Pitching for the Braves were Trevor Bigham, Chase Clark, Kyle Smith, and Tyler Dillon. Offensively, the JV's rapped out eight hits, two apiece by Hunter Renfrow (2-2, 2b, bb, hbp, r, rbi), Kyle Smith (2-5, 2b, r, rbi), and Tyler Dillon (2-5, r). Rounding out the hitting were Chase Keevert (1-4, bb, r) and Hayden Miller (1-4, rbi).
