Game Notes: There is an old saying in baseball, "there is no defense against a walk". In the 5th inning of a 12-3 defeat at the hands of Waukesha West, there was absolutely no defense. Starter and loser Kevin Robinson walked 4 in the inning, 1 intentionally, and that combined with 3 hits was all the Wolverines needed to turn a 3-1 deficit into the win. A.J. Seagraves in relief in the 5th, failed to record an out as he gave up 2 singles with the obligatory 2 walks and a hit batter, before Alex Kosinski came on to end the misery. Robinson led the offense with a 3-4 night including a triple and an RBI, and Seagraves contributed 2 singles with a run driven in.
