Game Notes: Plato vs Carver T Wish got the start on the mound. He wasn't helped out by the defense in 1st inn, as 2 errors loaded the bases, no outs. Tony pitched great to only allow 1 run score. Plato comes back to take a 2-1 lead on a Chris ode double. Tony would leave after 3 inns with tightness in forearm, Carver capitalized, scoreing 2 runs and taking a 3-2 lead, then the rains came , after 5 inns. Game was delayed for about half hr. After the delay, Carver still has Ulrich pitching, Boomer leads off with base hit, prehn bunts him over, Chris moves him to 3rd, pinch runner scores on wild pitch. 3-3. 8th inn, runner on 3rd 2 outs, prehn strikes out but ball gets away, runner scores, then chris with another RBI and Plato leads 5-3. 9th inn, and RBI single by Tony Beringer makes it 6-3, and Boomer pounds the nail in the coffin with a 2 run single to make the final. 8-3 Plato. Adam prehn got the win in a solid relief outing!
