Game Notes: The theme of today's game was back checking , and the whole team did a great job.

This was probably the lowest scoring game of the year, and both teams played strong defensively. A.J. "The minister of Defence "was on fire today stoping countless opponents dead in their tracks.

The Jets out chanced the Bruins, but ran into some really strong goaltending, and in the end that was what preserved the tie for the Bruins.

Lucas opened the scoring for the Jets and played a great two way game today dominating both ends of the ice.

Matt and Rhett both had a couple monster shifts today and had the fans on the edge of their seats.

The Bruins held a slight lead heading into the third period but late goals by Tyler, and Mason saved the day and evened it up for the Jets.

Other stand outs today were Aiden, Marshall and Owen who had to play short handed most of the game with Gavin and Andrew away for this one.

Finally a truly gutsy effort was put forth by Bodin who was clearly under the weather, but managed to hang in their and make a solid contribution.

In the end the whole team was awarded the hardest working Jet award, and today's best back checker Mason accepted the helmet on behalf of the Team.
