Game Notes: Despite the intense heat and humidity, Evan pitched an outstanding game. We had a chance to explode in the first and only got 1 run. Later, we failed to get the bunt down when a batter drag bunted instead of sacrificing. It cost us a run. Soon after, we had a chance to squeeze or hit in a runner on 3rd but didn't execute. In the final inning, Scottie got on but no one could move him. We played well vs this all-star team that had 21 kids on the roster, 4 older kids, and many pitcher-only players.
