Game Notes: Tough game against the Yankees! They are the toughest team we've seen so far. Everyone picked themselves up after a tough first inning and almost came out of it with a win. Justin played an amazing first base and had a wicked shot at the plate. Camden played solid again and can always be counted on for a base hit or a play in the outfield. Spencer is still batting .1000 for season and had some great putouts at second. Savion had one of the most beautiful catches at short that i've ever seen and had 2 strong at bats. Austin played a strong third base and look great at the plate. Josh had 2 big hits and had a few nice putouts at pitcher. Zach once again came through with a big hit and played a strong center field. Bailey had a shot to center field that drove in runs and played catcher like a stud. Joey came through with a big hit, as did Brenna. Corbin looked strong at the plate and keeps getting better and better every game! Lets keep moving in the right direction and work on our skills to be the best ballplayers that we can. The coaches are so proud of the kids. We keep saying this, but these kids are one of the strongest teams that we've ever coached. Lets get ready for Friday against the Braves and GO ASTROS!
