| Game Notes: The Waukesha Firebirds opened pool play at Cooperstown with a tough pitchers duel by Samuel Vissers who pitched 4 innings of 6 hit ball and giving up only 1 run. But the Broward Blaze Fl. managed to make the key plays and stop the Firebird threats when they had to. Storm Muel and Darin Howell led the Firebirds with 2 hits each.
