| Game Notes: The boys played extremely well and deserved better. With the teams tied 1-1 and playing their hearts out, with 9 minutes left in the 3rd period in a cleanly fought game, the referee suddenly calls 5 straight penalties on us, leading to 3 powerplay goals for North. And every call was iffy. This game was decided not by the teams, but by the referee. Let's hope it gets better from here. Connor's goal came after a gorgeous pass from Tyler on a 2 on 1. In net, Spenser was brilliant. | ||||||
