Game Notes: East wins a thrilling WIAA playoff game against Grafton 1-0 in 9 innings. Matt Schubert led off the 9th with a single then moved to 2nd base on a pass ball. Then freshman Zack Biermann hit a deep ball in right center for a double to plate Schubert for the game wiining RBI. There was another pitching gem from senior Russell Zimmerman pitching 9 shut out innings. Russell scattered 6 hits, 1BB and a HP in this game. East defence played great making some nice defensive plays in this game to get the win.
