| Game Notes: The Thunder rode an 8-run burst over the final two frames to beat Prior Lake 11-3. Adam "Iceman" Shie tossed four innings of one-run, one-hit baseball, striking out five and walking none. Joel Bertelsen (1-0), Casey Jacobson and Dan Coyle all pitched one inning in relief. Tom Bauer went 4-for-4 and Coyle had his first three-hit game of 2008. Coyle also scored three and drove in three, including a solo homer in the sixth. Sam Foy, making his second start behind the dish, hit a solo homer to left center, his first of the season. Pete "Z-Man" Zukanoff (RS,SB,RBI) had three hits; Bertelsen went 2-for-4 and scored twice. Spencer Pratt had a hit and knocked in one, Andy Gensch (2BB,SB) scored once, Shie added a run scored and Jacobson drove in two. All told, the Thunder (6-3-1, 4-2-1) had 14 hits and played its first errorless game of the season. The club has the next two days off before meeting crosstown rival Apple Valley Sunday at AVHS.
