| Game Notes: Well - the time change may not have been so kind to the Oiler players - they were a bit sleepy during the 2nd game of the day! The Oil got down 4-0 in the first, and at the mid-point of the 2nd they were down 6-2. Things looked grim. Then, somehow, someway, the entire team woke up! A complete team effort over the last half of the game saw the Oilers outscore the Penguins 10 - 3 to pull out a 12-9 win! An amazing game by all the kids with a gutsy effort by Cole F. in net made the coaches make many references to the 80's Oiler heydays! Now we just need to carry this over to our next game against the Jets! | ||||||
