Kenosha Merchants,
Good afternoon! We are pleased to confirm that your Room Block for the Kenosha Merchants has been entered and your group may start making their reservations. We offer three convenient ways to make your reservation:
1.) Call the Holiday Inn Hotel & Convention Center directly at 715-344-0200. 2.) Call the reservation hotline at 888-HOLIDAY. 3.) Book online by visiting Kenosha Merchants
When making reservations, we ask that you please reference the group name, Kenosha Merchants or the Group Block Code: KMB.
You group rate will expire on June 27, 2012. On this date, all remaining group rooms will be released for general reservations. We look forward to seeing you and your group in July!

The Kenosha Merchants U12 Baseball Team needs your help!
The Kenosha Merchants U-12 Baseball Team is holding a Pasta Dinner May 1st at the Moose Lodge in Kenosha.
We invite you to join us as a sponsor for this event. Your generous raffle donation or cash donation will help the U-12 team raise funds necessary for their much-anticipated trip to Omaha, Nebraska for the College World Series. By being a sponsor in this event you will be promoting your company to a group of people who are very loyal to its sponsors. Companies like yours make available the resources that allow our children to grow through sports and for that we are extremely grateful.
We are hoping to secure prizes in the following categories:
Entertainment - movie passes, restaurant certificates, gift baskets, etc.
Sports - Tickets to sporting events like Badger, Brewer, Cub, Bucks, Packer games; sports equipment, sporting apparel, etc.
Outdoor Items - Grills, patio furniture, camping equipment, outdoor games, etc.
Luxury Items - Hotel stays, spa packages, theater packages, cleaning services, gas cards, gift baskets, etc.

| Parents, Here is a link to book your room for the Omaha Tournament. http://www.GameTimeTravel.com/KCS/HotelInfo.aspx?E=4341&P=11119 We have 12 rooms reserved at the Holiday Inn & Suites - Council Bluffs There is 1 room for each family and 1 for Coach Nick The booking process is very simple, all the information about dates should be filled in for you. Just click on continue on the first page and then click next on the next 2 pages. This should take you to the billing information page. Our group name is Kenosha Merchants, age group 12U. Once you have the payment page filled in click next and then submit. Make a note of your booking number for reference. You will also get an email with all the booking information. If you have any questions, just give me a call. We need to get all the rooms booked by February 28th or the rooms will be lost. | Come out to the Northside Piggly Wiggly on October 9th for lunch! The Merchants will be selling food from 10:00am-2:00pm to help raise money for their trip to Cooperstown in July. |
| Posted Sep 21/10 - Composite Bats Banned Beginning 2011 |
| Beginning in 2011, the WIAA has banned composite bats. Also be aware that on 2012 NFHS rules will require all bats to meet BBCOR standards. Under the new rule, bats with composite handles and tapers would still be legal. The stricter language applies primarily to the barrel of the bat. |
