Seniors Tyler Jones and Will Godfrey have been selected to play in the NEMCABB All Star game in Corinth on May 28 at Corinth's new baseball Field. The 3A/5A game is scheduled to start at 4 PM.

Senior catcher Will Godfrey has been selected to play in the MAC North/South All Star Game at Trustmark Park in Pearl, MS. The games are scheduled for June 4. The 5A/6A game will start at 5 PM.

Posted Apr 4/16 - Alumni Game April 9- 12 PM

The Alumni Game will start at 12 PM this Saturday April 9. Please try and be there by 11:15 AM. We will have a hospitality room set up for you to eat and hang out after the game. We will also have a homerun derby after the game if anyone is interested. The cost to participate in the derby will be $10. The JV/Varsity teams will play Winfield, AL at 4/6 after the HR derby. Please feel free to hang out, eat, and enjoy the game.

T-shirts will have to be ordered by Monday, March 7. In order to receive a T-shirt you will need to by registered at that time. The varsity game scheduled for Monday, March 7 vs Newton County @ EMCC has been moved to QV Sykes Park in Meridian. We will play 1 varsity game at 5 PM. The EMCC baseball field was damaged by a tornado a few weeks ago and will not be ready to play on by Monday.

We will have a baseball parent meeting on Tues, Oct 14 at 6 PM in the HS cafeteria. The meeting will include fundraising, equipment, expectations, and booster club business. We would like each player to have at least one of their parents at the meeting. The meeting is for all players in the program (7-12).

JH Baseball tryouts will be Mon Oct 6 and Tues Oct 7 after school. The tryout will be from 330-530 each day. We will have a sign-up sheet in the middle school office in the next few days. Please sign the sign-up sheet and get a permission form. All students must have a current physical and the permission form signed to tryout. Please bring all paper work on the day of the tryout.
