| After much debate, the wording of the baserunning rules for 12 U will change. The baserunner may not turn to steal a base until the pitcher releases the ball. Not on movement to the plate as originally posted. Coaches, please make note of the change. |

| Teams have been finalized and equipment has been issued. Hopefully the schedule will be finalized soon. |

| The Cactus League has voted to change the field dimensions for the 12U Division to a 50/70 format. This change will take place if all communities involved are able to have the fields ready for the change. If this change happens, ALL teams within Clinton Summer Baseball will play in the Cactus League. Those Divisions are 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U. |
