6:20-Breakdown group drills
6:30-Water Break
6:40-Breakdown group technique
6:50-Group Install (system work)
7:05-Water Break
7:10-Group 7 on 7 (Run game and pass)
7:25-Goal line 11 on 11( Inside run game)
7:35-Red Zone 11 on 11 (Pass and run game) - Water bottles for players around huddle
7:45-Sprints-8 30 yard
7:50-Close
We have days set aside for offense, defense and special team work alone with scrimmage day . |
