It referes to a team having seven outstanding players which to build a team around all good teams are built on this simple principal, there will be the game changer, the impact player,the above average player,the consistent every down player, these four players are the heart of any team just look upon any team that wins those four players listed will get the remaining team members to play at a certain level mostly just above their talent.

Teams that have just three of these players can't win on a consistent level remember the team will need seven players considered in coaching ranks as blue chip type players ,look at the Dallas Cowboys when they were a strong team winning superbowls sure the sexy talk is the triplets thats three but Deion Sanders was on the defense and they had a beastly defense line player and safeties . Since they haven't had the seven blue chip players wins are far and few for the boys.
