We had a pretty motivating Saturday morning practice. A lot of PRs (personal Records) and a lot of the men are getting faster. This week we race on the Regional Championship course at Atascocita High School in Humble. The boys need to arrive in the locker rooms at 6am on Saturday morning so we can leave for the course. Here is the meet schedule:

Humble ISD will host a preview meet for the Region III Cross Country Championship on Saturday, September 15^th at Atascocita High School. Atascocita High School is located at 13300 Will Clayton Pkwy in Humble, TX.

Saturday the expected high temperature is 93F and the low is 72F so hopefully the men will run in some cooler temperatures than the first 2 meets.

We should be back at Tompkins by 12:30 on Saturday.

Just a reminder that the boys need to be at school by 5:50am for practice so we can start on time at 6am.
