Dodgers make deal with St.Louis.....Faced with a surplus of infielders, the LA Dodgers traded Ryan Theriot from LA to St.Louis for RHP and N.Vancouver native Blake Hawksworth.Back in 2002 in Seattle in an exhibition game, Blake faced the Chiefs Adam Loewen.The Chiefs won 2-1 and both pitchers combined for 15 strikeouts ( both over 4 innings of work )Loewen was drafted in the 1st round (4th overall) and Hawksworth signed at Cal State Fullerton. |
