Taylor County traveled to Campbellsville on Tuesday night for a big cross-town match-up.

Both teams started the game strong with the score being 16-15 Cards at the end of the first period.  Then the teams combined for nine points in the second quarter to give us a 20-20 tie at halftime.

The Cards were lead by Tevin Webster who had 20 points and 17 rebounds, and Trae Wells who had 17 points and 4 assists.

Struggles from the free throw line proved to be the downfall for TCHS as they shot 3-12 on the night. 

Matthew Davis led Campbellsville with 28 points.

Taylor County hosts Adair County on Friday night before traveling to Louisville Western to play Mercer County in the Clem Haskins/Bob Graves Classic.
