Head Coach Cavanagh Whitely explains "This is a critical season for our strength and conditioning program. Our guys need to be working hard in the weight room right now in order to see some real results come Spring. Jake Elder has put together a great program for the guys and I know that it will help everyone get stronger and faster."

The Royals will begin indoor baseball specific training again in January as they prepare for the high level of competition they will face down in Arizona mid-March and the grueling NWAACC conference schedule starting April 2nd in Olympic, Washington.
