Reminder: Little Caesar's Pizza Kits Arrive Today (Wed. 9/16)
The Little Caesar's Pizza Kits (all 886 of them) will arrive this afternoon! They must be picked up today as they are frozen and cannot be stored.
Pam sent an email to each team parent and coach assiging the team a half-hour block. There was a problem in cyberspace and many teams did not get it. So if your team did not get an email with a specific time, anyone can come pick up their order anytime between 3:30 PM and 7:00 PM. The sooner you come, the less thawed they will be. We should have enough volunteers to process orders quickly so it should not take too long.
The pizzas will be at the Topsham Fair Exhibition Hall (the large building at the front of the Fair Grounds - where Topsham votes on Election Day) for the distribution, so this is where the pizzas should be picked up.
